🌪️ Massive storms struck Panang Island on Wednesday, causing significant damage.

🌧️ The storms uprooted trees, destroyed vehicles and properties, and tragically claimed two lives.

🚗 A tree fell onto three vehicles parked at Panang Parar Nakan Mansion around 2:30 p.m., resulting in the deaths of a male and a female, aged 50 and 30 respectively.

⏳ Rescue personnel took about 3 hours to extract the victims from the wreckage.

🌳 The Panang Island City Council reported that the storm caused many trees to fall in several areas, including Lurong Perac, Ansen Road, Scotland Road, and Mount Erskin.
