• Provide key card and hotel information: "This is your key card. Enjoy your stay!"

🛎️ Check-Out Process:

• Welcome the guest: "Good morning, ma'am, welcome to Escala Tagaytay Hotel. How may I help you?"
• Print bill: "I’m just printing out your bill now." The room is already paid, and this is your remaining incidentals.
• Ask for payment method: "How would you like to settle your account?"
• Offer assistance: "Would you like tax assistance?"
• Provide membership information: "Here is the Prestige Club membership, which offers 15% discount on food and laundry." The membership costs ₱6,500.
