📅 To reserve a hotel room, you can say: I’d like to make a reservation for the 3rd of November, for three nights, please.

🛏️ Room types include:

  • Single room
  • Double room
  • Twin room (two separate beds)
  • Triple room (three beds)
  • Family room (four or more beds)
  • Suite (like an apartment)

Checking In

🏨 When you arrive, say: Hello, I have a reservation; the name’s Sarah Banks.

🔑 If there’s an issue, you can say: I have a confirmation here with me.

Requesting Services

📞 To ask for services, you can say: I would like a wake-up call tomorrow, if possible.

🚌 For shuttle services, ask: Do you offer a shuttle service?

Handling Problems

There’s an issue with the heating.

🧹 For complaints, you can express: I have to say this is unacceptable.

Checking Out

💳 When checking out, say: Hi, I’d like to check out please.

🧾 If there are unexpected charges, ask: What exactly are these additional charges?
