🔒 Sha Alam Magistrates Court granted a 4-day extension of remand for 24 individuals, including top executives of Global Ian Services and Business Holdings (GISB).

👮‍♂️ The suspects, aged between 25 and 65, were brought to court under tight security by the Criminal Investigation Department and the General Operations Force.

⚖️ Magistrate Muhammad Redza AAR Rzali approved the remand extension following a request from the police. The individuals were represented by lawyer Rosley Kamarudin.

📜 The case is being investigated under:

• Section 32A of the Child Act 2001
• Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998
• Section 14 of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants Act 2022

🚫 In a separate court, Magistrate Muhammad Shafi Suan dismissed the bail application for 22 women believed to be members of GISB, under Section 118 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

🔒 All suspects were subsequently taken to the Central Lockup at the Sha Alam District Police Headquarters.
