🥣 Ingredients:
- Flour: 400 gr
- Eggs: 2 pcs
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Cold water: 150 ml
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml
- Minced meat: 250 gr
- Onions: 2 pcs
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Butter: 50 gr (melted), 60 gr (for frying)
- Buckwheat: 1 cup
- Water: 150 ml
- Carrot: 1 pc
- Tomato: 1 pc
- Cabbage: 400 gr
- Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
⏳ Instructions:
- Make a stiff dough with flour, eggs, salt, and cold water. Leave for 20 minutes.
- In a pan, heat 30 ml vegetable oil and add minced meat, onions, salt, and spices. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Rinse buckwheat well. In another pan, melt 60 gr butter and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add 150 ml water and salt to taste. Simmer over low heat for 8-9 minutes until half cooked.
- In the same pan, add carrot, garlic, onion, tomato, cabbage, and 150 ml water. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Finally, add 4 pcs eggs and 30 ml vegetable oil. Season with salt to taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
