🥣 Ingredients:

  • Flour: 400 gr
  • Eggs: 2 pcs
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Cold water: 150 ml
  • Vegetable oil: 30 ml
  • Minced meat: 250 gr
  • Onions: 2 pcs
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Butter: 50 gr (melted), 60 gr (for frying)
  • Buckwheat: 1 cup
  • Water: 150 ml
  • Carrot: 1 pc
  • Tomato: 1 pc
  • Cabbage: 400 gr
  • Tomato paste: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Make a stiff dough with flour, eggs, salt, and cold water. Leave for 20 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat 30 ml vegetable oil and add minced meat, onions, salt, and spices. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse buckwheat well. In another pan, melt 60 gr butter and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 150 ml water and salt to taste. Simmer over low heat for 8-9 minutes until half cooked.
  5. In the same pan, add carrot, garlic, onion, tomato, cabbage, and 150 ml water. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Finally, add 4 pcs eggs and 30 ml vegetable oil. Season with salt to taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
