π Please open your Bibles to Daniel chapter 11. A veteran missionary stated that if you can plant four real churches in 40 years, it would be an astounding miracle. Church planting is extraordinary and can only be done through the preaching of the Gospel and the power of God.
π Letβs pray for strength and understanding as we delve into the Word. The text speaks of a time of extraordinary evil, but it reminds us that those who know their God will display strength and take action.
π We live in troubled times, but we have the opportunity to live like first-century Christians. The key is to know your God and focus on the priorities of faith, rather than distractions.
πͺ Throughout church history, extraordinary men and women have shown courage and devotion because they sought to know God more deeply. The weakest can become strong through this knowledge.
π In Daniel 12:2, it states that many will awaken to everlasting life or everlasting contempt. Those who lead many to righteousness will shine like stars forever.
π In Romans 2:6, it says God will render to each person according to their deeds. We are called to seek glory, honor, and immortality through perseverance in doing good.
ποΈ In Romans 12:1, we are urged to present our bodies as a living and holy sacrifice. This is our spiritual service of worship, and we must not conform to this world.
βοΈ The Christian life begins with what we donβt do. We are called out of moral filth and trivial pursuits to serve Him with purpose.
π The motivation to serve comes from understanding the mercies of God. Paul connects this to everything God has done for us in Christ.
π In 2 Corinthians 5:9, our ambition should be to be pleasing to Him. We will all appear before the Judgment seat of Christ to give an account for our deeds.
π The love of Christ controls us. It is His love for us that should motivate our actions, not our fluctuating love for Him.
π± If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature. This signifies the beginning of a new creation, and we have the opportunity to serve Him in this new life.
π Let us offer ourselves as a living sacrifice for His sake and for the sake of others. Together, we will rejoice in the work we do for His Kingdom.
π Letβs pray for strength and motivation to serve Him and to fulfill our calling in Christ.
